History of Carl Suchy & Söhne
Carl Suchy & Söhne was one of the most important watch brands in Austria in the 1800s, serving the Habsburg Monarchy and making timepieces for Emperor Franz Joseph I and Empress Sisi. The company had workshops in Vienna, Prague and La Chaux-de-Fonds and sold timepieces the world over. With the demise of the Habsburg Empire, the watch brand disappeared until it was revived in 2017.
