Shipping
Kross Studio products are shipped free with DHL international shipping or FedEx. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number. Your Kross Studio product will ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Products will be sent to the address you provided when you placed your order. Depending on your location, you may have to pay customs duties levied once a shipment reaches your country. Returns
You can return any Kross Studio products purchased on The Watch Pages within fourteen (14) days following the purchase order date, provided that the products meet the following criteria:
The products must be returned in their original condition, new and unused, with all the protection tags and stickers attached, along with the original Kross Studio box and documentation. We kindly request that you do not alter or use the product in any way, as we will not be able to accept returns if it shows any signs of wear.
