Baume & Mercier unveiled its next-generation Clifton Baumatic Caliber BM13 that is COSC-certified and resistant to the magnetic fields of everyday life.
The Baume & Mercier Clifton Baumatic comes in a stainless steel case with a choice of a satin-finished stainless steel bracelet or a black leather strap. Both versions have an elegant gradient blue dial. The lancet hands, trapezoidal indexes, small Arabic numerals at the end of the indexes, and dotted minute track all add to an overall elegance.
Other details not to miss are the enlarged date at three o’clock, and a nicely-done crosshair in the center of the dial for the COSC-certified versions.
The watches are powered by the Caliber BM13, which is both COSC-certified and resistant to the magnetic fields of everyday life, as well as having an impressive five-day power reserve. The movement is visible through a sapphire caseback
The Clifton Baumatic only needs servicing every seven years, compared to the usual three to five years.
