The new CODE41 UNIFY collection is a testament to the power of collaborative watchmaking. It’s not just about the timepiece; it’s about the values it represents. Launched in 2024 amidst global economic and geopolitical turmoil, UNIFY aims to transcend gender, age, and origin, gathering people around the core values that unite humanity. The UNIFY collections will each express the voices of diverse artists and personalities.
The first limited UNIFY edition, Sharoz by CODE41, features 88 pieces dedicated to equality. It collaborates with Sharoz Makarechi, an Iranian-American creative entrepreneur, artist, and activist known for her relentless advocacy for inclusivity. The design features an illustration from her Substance project, symbolizing unity and human rights defense. Part of the sales supports the Equal Justice Initiative, a humanitarian organization Sharoz chose.
Apart from the limited edition, the collection includes three permanent models with a 38mm diameter suitable for all wrists, available in mechanical or quartz movements, and dials in white, blue, or silver. Nifty details, such as the small seconds counter forming a peace symbol, enhance the timeless look. Available with either a Swiss Sellita SW290 automatic movement or a Ronda quartz version, there is something for everyone. Pre-orders start on June 19th and end on July 31st, 2024.
