The DOXA SUB series, introduced in 1967, is a pioneering professional diving watch, notable for its 30 ATM water resistance and a unique unidirectional rotating bezel with dive time and depth indications. Its bright orange dial, a break from traditional designs, became iconic, especially after being featured in ‘The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau.’ In 1969, DOXA innovated further with the SUB 300T Conquistador, introducing the helium release valve (HRV) for saturation diving, preventing damage from internal pressure build-up without compromising waterproofness.

The new SUB 300β by DOXA combines the robust features of a sports watch with an elegant design. It retains the 42.5 mm diameter but has a slimmer profile at 11.95 mm, compared to the SUB 300T’s 13.65 mm, and a slightly lower bezel height. The SUB 300β features a stainless steel case with a black ceramic bezel and a screw-down crown, embodying a sport-chic character. Its sunburst dial with a subtle wave motif creates a radiant effect, complemented by clear hands, hour markers, and a date display.

This model offers two strap options: an FKM rubber strap or a stainless steel “rice grain” bracelet upon request. Both come with a deployant clasp featuring a wetsuit extension and the “DOXA Fish” symbol. With a water resistance of 30 ATM (approximately 300 meters), anti-reflective scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and a Swiss automatic movement offering a 38-hour power reserve, the SUB 300β is engineered for safe underwater exploration. It captures the essence of modern sport-chic style, suitable for both diving and city life.
