Limited edition of 25 pieces
Meistersinger’s iconic one-handed timepiece sees the arrival of a brand-new Circularis Reverse model that comes with a dark blue strap, an aged leather strap, and an Arabic twist.
The Meistersinger Circularis Reverse was unveiled at the recent Dubai Watch Week exclusively for the Arabic-speaking world. Arabic is read from right to left, which corresponds to an anti-clockwise direction when applied to a wristwatch. A closer look at the dial reveals the brand’s signature double digits actually going in the opposite direction.
Meistersinger commissioned Swiss specialists to develop this single-handed movement with a hand that goes anti-clockwise around the dial. Like with all of Meistersinger’s single-handed movements, a minute wheel with spring teeth has been integrated into the movement to provide perfect precision to the hour hand.
Meistersinger has always been about looking at the bigger picture rather than timing short bursts of time and this is also reflected in the fact that the Circularis Reverse has an outstanding power reserve of five days or 120 hours, which is stored in two, in-series barrels.
The Meistersinger Circularis Reverse comes in a 43mm stainless steel case that has a sapphire crystal caseback and a water resistance of 50 meters.
The dial comes in this elegant sunburst steel blue that matches beautifully with the brown aged leather strap.
The timepiece was developed for Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons and comes in a limited edition of only 25 pieces only. It will only be available in Seddiqi & Sons stores in Dubai and Abu-Dhabi.
