3-Dimensional Thin Ply Carbon (3DTP)

These new Octopus Double Date timepieces are made from 3-Dimensional Thin Ply Carbon (3DTP), which is extremely lightweight and scratch-resistant. The material is made from layer upon layer of thin sheets of carbon and took years to master. In addition to this, it took a further two years of development and prototyping to turn it into the Oktopus watch case.

Double-date caliber

The timepieces are powered by a double date caliber from the prestigious movement constructor Dubois-Depraz and include date wheels that have been hardened with a TiN ceramic coating. This coating is also used on the bezel screws, strap screws and case back to make the watch more resistant.
