Armand “Mondo” Duplantis, a Swedish pole vaulter and current World and Olympic champion, recently set a new world record by achieving a height of 6.24m. To celebrate this achievement, OMEGA has introduced a new Seamaster Aqua Terra inspired by Duplantis.

The 41 mm timepiece, presented in the blue and yellow colors of the Swedish flag, features a stainless steel case with a blue rubber strap accented with yellow stitching. The blue dial has an opaline finish with horizontal stripes and includes unique elements such as the Seamaster name and quarter-hour numbers in yellow. The central seconds hand is yellow and shaped like a pole vault, with Super-LumiNova representing the pole’s grip.

The Seamaster Aqua Terra Armand “Mondo” Duplantis is powered by a Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre, ensuring high precision, performance, and magnetic resistance. Duplantis has been an OMEGA ambassador since 2020, during which he has won multiple World and European Championships and an Olympic gold medal. OMEGA, as the Official Timekeeper of the Diamond League, measured his latest world record jump in Xiamen, China.
