Unlike the original A-11s, the Type 44 retains a unique feature: the absence of a second-hand counter-balance, reflecting the vintage Waltham’s wear and tear over time, as it had broken off over time.

The Type 44 features a durable stainless steel case and a water resistance of 10 ATM, ensuring greater ruggedness than its predecessors. Its Swiss-made P024 movement guarantees precision and reliability that an 80-year-old original A-11 just cannot match.

If you’re not thoroughly satisfied with your order, you can return the Praesidus products purchased on The Watch Pages within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:

Praesidus products must be in original, unused condition with all tags, stickers, accessories, and documentation intact, including the original Praesidus box and delivery package. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered. Note that we cannot refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees.
