The Praesidus Spec 2 Ameriquartz – Olive Green Limited is a standout addition to the collection, blending the classic look of the 1942 A-11 watch with modern touches for the 21st century.

The dial is a vibrant olive green inspired by the “Frog Skin” M1942 uniform worn by US Marines during the Pacific Campaign. Designed to mimic the glossy green of tropical foliage, this limited edition infuses a fresh, contemporary vibe into a timeless 1940s design.

Based on an original A-11, the dial features unique, hand-painted-style minute and hour markers, complete with subtle imperfections to capture the authentic character of the era.

The main body of the case is sandblasted for a matte finish, staying true to field watch designs. To honor the shiny chrome plating found on original A-11s, the lugs are polished for a striking contrast.

Completing the field watch look, the straps are available in durable drab green canvas or brown nylon, built tough to withstand humidity, sweat, and the elements. This watch is both a tribute to history and a modern, rugged timepiece.

If you’re not thoroughly satisfied with your order, you can return the Praesidus products purchased on The Watch Pages within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:

Praesidus products must be in original, unused condition with all tags, stickers, accessories, and documentation intact, including the original Praesidus box and delivery package. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered. Note that we cannot refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees.
