The One & Two Openworked Collection by Speake Marin features distinctive openworked dials that expose the intricate components of the manufacture movement, highlighting the micro-mechanics within a striking architectural design. The collection’s models showcase large apertures and skeletonized bridges, creating a multi-layered, three-dimensional structure enhanced by a small seconds counter at 1:30 o’clock. This display is framed by the iconic Piccadilly case, revamped in 2017 by Eric Giroud to combine sinuous lines with a contemporary look.
The Openworked Dual Time Terracotta draws inspiration from evocative natural landscapes, such as the Grand Canyon and the Luberon in France. Its warm terracotta hue, achieved through a positive PVD coating, reflects a sophisticated style suitable for various occasions. The grade 5 titanium Piccadilly case is lightweight and comfortable, with a modern design featuring a domed bezel, flared and grooved crown, and geometric lugs securing the rubber strap.
The 3D dial architecture is built on multiple levels, featuring frosted hand finishes, rhodium-plated bridges, and a two-tone home time display emphasizing the day/night function. Super-LumiNova accents provide visibility in low-light conditions. The calibre SMA02, a self-winding mechanical movement with second time-zone and retrograde date functions, powers the watch. It includes 273 parts, a 52-hour power reserve, and exceptional decorative finishes such as Geneva stripes and polished bevelled profiles. The Openworked Dual Time Terracotta is a limited production model available in 38mm and 42mm titanium cases.
