Venezianico debuts its first coral dial with the Nereide Corallo. Manufactured using genuine red coral mosaic, the dial reflects the brand’s commitment to artisanal craftsmanship and cultural storytelling. Each fragment is hand-selected and set in a unique composition, capturing the irregular beauty of coral—a material once offered to Venice by Neptune in Tiepolo’s famed fresco. The watch channels this deep maritime legacy into a contemporary design, marrying symbolism with innovation.
Precision-cut using waterjet technology and polished by hand, the coral mosaic becomes both the design and emotional core of the Nereide Corallo. Housed in a 42mm 316L stainless steel case with a water resistance of 200 meters, the timepiece is powered by the Sellita SW200-1 caliber. The movement features a skeletonized rotor with radial Côtes de Genève finishing and a red gold galvanic treatment, echoing the dial’s striking color.
The watch is completed with a tungsten bezel for enhanced durability and an Italian rubber strap that balances sportiness with elegance. Protected by an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, the Nereide Corallo is a wearable piece of the sea’s mythology, rendered through the lens of independent watchmaking and Venetian identity.
