Deep Raider Renaissance Meteorite

Favre Leuba expands its Deep Raider Renaissance line with two dials that mark a genuine milestone for the 288-year-old maison. For the first time, the brand turns to semi-precious stone, introducing Meteorite and Malachite editions that match natural drama with the modern design language ushered in during 2024. Though the spirit of the 1964 Deep Blue still anchors the series, these new references push the Renaissance family into richer visual territory.

The Meteorite model brings Muonionalusta iron meteorite to the wrist, which is a material shaped over millions of years and revealed through precise slicing and acid treatment. Its sandwich dial, cut-out indexes, and glowing Super-Luminova base give the extraterrestrial texture room to breathe. The Malachite edition offers an earthbound contrast, each dial cut from vivid green malachite selected for stability and its naturally swirling bands, then polished with care to preserve the stone’s character.

Both models sit within the trusted Deep Raider framework: 40 mm stainless steel, 300-meter water resistance, ceramic bezel, sapphire crystal, and the FLD02 automatic movement with a 68-hour reserve. These new dials show a brand steeped in history still finding fresh ways to tell it.
