Wild One 42 BMW Berlin Marathon Limited Edition

To mark the 50th anniversary of the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON, NORQAIN has unveiled a special edition of its flagship sports model: the Wild ONE BMW BERLIN-MARATHON Limited Edition. Limited to just 50 pieces, the watch is housed in ultra-lightweight black NORTEQ®, with a striking dial design that traces the outline of the legendary 42.195-kilometre course. It’s a fitting tribute to one of the world’s most iconic races and a bold statement from a brand that continues to carve out its space in the world of independent Swiss watchmaking. Having first partnered with the marathon in 2023, NORQAIN returns this year as the Official Timekeeper.

The 2024 edition of the race took place on the 29th of September, drawing elite athletes and dedicated amateurs alike. Among them five winners of the NORQAINER Challenge, a brand-led initiative that has, since 2018, encouraged participants to chase their personal bests. For NORQAIN CEO Ben Küffer, the race represents more than a sponsorship—it’s a celebration of grit, perseverance, and the freedom to define your own path, qualities that align closely with the brand’s “my life, my way” ethos.

Under the hood, the Wild ONE doesn’t disappoint. It’s powered by the chronometer-certified NN20/1 calibre, developed in collaboration with Kenissi, and offers a robust 70-hour power reserve. A shock-absorbing rubber core, 200-metre water resistance, and a commemorative caseback featuring the marathon’s 50th anniversary logo round out the technical credentials.
