U-BOAT launches the 1938 Doppiotempo

U-Boat unveils its second collaboration with the Italian Special Forces Unit, the 9th Paratroopers Assault Regiment.

Everything you need to know about this watch

The latest addition to the U-BOAT collection – the 1938 Doppiotempo – is inspired by the “Col Moschin” battle that took place on June 16th 1918 and was won by the 9th Paratroopers Assault Regiment. This Italian special unit, known for its extreme missions, has chosen U-Boat to design its new watch.

The 1938 Doppiotempo comes in a 43mm satin-finished steel case, with an automatic Swiss movement and a 38-hour power reserve. The piece is limited to 200 pieces.

The 1938 Doppiotempo has two crowns – one to adjust the time and date and the other to adjust the second time zone.

The black dial has a bidirectional inner bezel and luminescent hands for great legibility day and night.

Last but not least if the mission includes a dip in the water – the 1938 Doppiotempo is water resistant to 100 meters.
