General Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing time and 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Items are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All watch orders are shipped with a “Signature Required” to ensure safe delivery and to comply with shipping insurance coverage. The item must be signed for by the individual whose name is on the shipping label.

Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned to the sender by the carrier may incur additional charges for reshipment. Tracking information for your order is emailed after your purchase.

Delivery times are based on when your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. THE WATCH PAGES cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we’ll try to minimize any potential delays.

Duties & Taxes

THE WATCH PAGES operates as a multi-vendor marketplace, meaning it hosts a variety of independent brands, each with its own shipping policies, particularly regarding duties and taxes. This diversity in vendors leads to different approaches to handling these costs:

• DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Shipping: Some brands offer shipping where all duties and taxes are included in the final price. This means that what you pay at checkout covers all necessary costs, with no additional fees upon delivery.
• DAP (Delivered At Place) Shipping: Other brands opt for DAP shipping. In this scenario, the product price does not include duties and taxes. Instead, you’ll need to pay these directly to the courier to have your order released from customs. It’s important to note that in these cases, THE WATCH PAGES is not responsible for collecting these additional fees; the responsibility falls on the customer to settle them with the transporter.

Customers must be aware of these differing policies, as they can affect the total cost and the process of receiving your order. Always check the specific shipping conditions of the brand you purchase from within THE WATCH PAGES to understand how duties and taxes will be handled for your order.

If you’re a US customer, US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN, or SSN number before authorizing delivery to your address. Don’t worry – you’ll usually have one week to provide this information before your order is returned to its original location for a refund.

Tracking your Order

Once you place an order, you will receive an email with all the necessary details. Our partner brands take 3-5 business days to process your order. After dispatch, you will receive another email containing a tracking number for your order. Additionally, you can monitor your order’s status by visiting the My Orders section in your account. Your package’s delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, please be aware that delays can occur due to customs clearance or issues with payment processing.
