Before a return is accepted, our customer service team reserves the right to ask for photos and other important information about the watch and packaging to ensure the product is eligible under our return policy. Once our brand partner has received your return, processing can take 3-5 business days. Your refund will be processed using your original payment method after your return is approved, excluding any costs incurred. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. THE WATCH PAGES cannot refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees you may have incurred from your card provider.
THE WATCH PAGES are unable to initiate exchanges for returned items. If you wish to change an item, don’t hesitate to contact us to initiate a return and order your preferred product separately. Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
