When you shop from THE WATCH PAGES, you’re shopping items directly from luxury watch brands. Each brand has a distinct return policy, which varies between 14 and 30 days. Each brand reserves the right to cover the cost of the return or to deduct return shipping. Check Return Policy per brand:

Before THE WATCH PAGES accepts a return request, our customer service team reserves the right to ask for photos and other important information about the watch and packaging to ensure the product is eligible under our return policy.

How to Return

When returning your items, please include any accessories, branded boxes, or cases that came with your order. Whether you arrange a collection or send off your return, you’ll need to do this from the country or region you ordered to. When your return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label or authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

Once our brand partner has received your return, it can take up to 6 business days to process. When your return has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. THE WATCH PAGES cannot refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees you may have incurred from your card provider.

Exchanges and Exceptions

THE WATCH PAGES are unable to initiate exchanges for returned items. If you wish to change an item, don’t hesitate to contact us to initiate a return and order your preferred product separately. Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
