Battery Life 45 months.
In 2023, the Alpina Startimer collection introduced a new feature called the Worldtimer, perfect for travelers and pilots. This function lets you see the time in 24 different zones worldwide at a glance, alongside your local time and date. It’s powered by a quartz movement and comes in three 41mm models with blue or green dials and a steel bracelet or a black dial with a leather strap.
Originally designed as a tribute to aviation pioneers, the Startimer collection now speaks to the modern adventurer. It started with a three-hand version and later added chronograph, date, and large date complications. The latest addition, the Worldtimer, fits neatly into the updated 41mm case design introduced in 2021. The dial is designed for readability, featuring luminous Arabic numerals, hands, and a distinctive sector dial reminiscent of vintage pilot watches.
The Worldtimer function is displayed on the outermost circle of the dial, showing 24 time zones with reference cities. The red-tipped central hand can be synchronized with the selected time zone using a dedicated crown. The Startimer Pilot Quartz Worldtimer is available in green, blue, or black dials with a steel case.
The Startimer Pilot Quartz Worldtimer is water-resistant up to 100m and has a battery life of 45 months. These watches are built to endure the rigors of travel and exploration, offering both style and functionality for the modern adventurer.
