The Streamliner Small Seconds Blue Enamel from H. Moser & Cie. blends exclusivity, performance, and craftsmanship in a unique watch model. Central to its design is the 18th Manufacture calibre, housed in a steel case with redesigned lines and proportions that complement the movement. The steel case, cushion-shaped and 39 mm in diameter, is water-resistant to 12 ATM and draws inspiration from early high-speed trains.

The case’s proportions have been modified for elongation, thanks to the smaller HMC 500 calibre. This integration allows for an arced steel bracelet that extends the case’s curves. The bracelet’s construction is complex, with unique, articulated links that offer subtle sophistication and flexibility.

The H. Moser Streamliner Small Seconds Blue Enamel features a Grand Feu enamel dial in “Aqua Blue”, reinterpreting the brand’s fumé finish with a master craftsman’s touch. This process involves engraining a pattern onto a gold base and applying three color pigments to achieve an ombré effect, requiring meticulous effort. The dial undergoes twelve firings to create the fumé effect, with steel applique indices and a logo-free design. Time is displayed using three-dimensional hands with Globolight® inserts, and a lacquered sub-dial at 6 o’clock shows the small seconds.

Powering the Streamliner Small Seconds Blue Enamel is the new automatic calibre HMC 500, entirely developed by Moser, featuring a micro-rotor made of solid platinum. This movement, the smallest Moser has developed in the 21st century, boasts a 74-hour power reserve and integrates a bi-directional pawl winding system. The movement’s miniaturization did not compromise its performance, a feat achieved with the expertise of sister company Precision Engineering AG. The calibre HMC 500 is finished with Moser stripes and an anthracite grey coating, highlighting the company’s hallmark on the micro-rotor.
