Jaeger-LeCoultre introduces a new variant of the Master Ultra Thin Tourbillon Enamel watch, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship. The watch features a blue Grand Feu enamel dial with a sunray guilloché pattern, reflecting the Maison’s expertise in rare metiers d’art. The dial’s hand-guilloché design involves precise and skilled work, including the creation of 180 sun rays through multiple passes of a hand-operated lathe. This meticulous process is complemented by a hand-guilloché date sub-dial with a distinct texture.
The enamel on the main dial is applied in multiple layers and fired at high temperatures to achieve a deep and intense blue color, a result of careful pigment mixing and testing due to the unpredictable nature of Grand Feu enamel.
The Master Ultra Thin Tourbillon Enamel also features a laser-engraved seconds counter, a pink gold bridge for the tourbillon, and a strap made of matching blue alligator leather, lined with small-scale alligator and equipped with a pink gold folding clasp.
The movement that powers the watch is the Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 978, a highly precise and updated tourbillon movement that includes a lightweight titanium cage and a specially designed hairspring for accuracy.
