Kross Studio collaborated with designer Alain Silberstein to create the Lotus Tourbillon timepiece. Silberstein’s vision of a lotus-inspired watch came to life using Kross Studio’s KS 7’000 caliber, featuring a central tourbillon. The lotus, symbolizing life and renewal, is made from polished grade 5 titanium, floating above the tourbillon.
Time is read through a peripheral display, encircling the tourbillon, echoing the lotus’s rhythmic lifecycle. The watch, housed in a 45mm titanium case with black DLC treatment, showcases intricate details, including hand-brushed components on the dial and Silberstein’s signature push button for time adjustment. The partnership is further celebrated through engravings on the case back.
The watch includes interchangeable black leather and rubber straps and a unique watch case. The case is composed of stacked elements, featuring a three-dimensional interpretation of a blue triangle, yellow square, and red circle. Within this structure, the Lotus Tourbillon resides in a compartment seamlessly integrated into the yellow cube.
Limited to just eighteen pieces, the Lotus Tourbillon watch is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by Alain Silberstein and Marco Tedeschi, along with an owner’s book.
