The Nautilus Haute Joaillerie line by Patek Philippe, originally featuring two versions (rose gold and white gold) with snow-set diamonds since 2021, now includes a new model, Reference 7118/1451G. This latest addition combines diamonds and blue sapphires, creating a colorful, sparkling effect on the bezel, dial, and central bracelet links. It boasts 1,500 Top Wesselton Pure brilliant-cut diamonds (6.53ct) and 876 blue sapphires (6.58ct), highlighting the iconic Nautilus design with its octagonal bezel and integrated bracelet.
The gemsetter utilizes the snow-setting technique, skillfully arranging variously sized stones to minimize visible gold surfaces. The white gold dial features a wave pattern set with brilliant-cut diamonds, complemented by white gold, ogival-shaped hour-markers with 12 blue sapphires, and charcoal-gray, alpha-style hour/minute hands with luminescent coating. The 35.2mm white gold case contains a self-winding 26-330 S caliber, visible through a sapphire case-back.
The bracelet has a patented Patek Philippe fold-over clasp with four independent catches for comfort. This model joins the existing collection alongside two new Haute Joaillerie versions: one with diamonds and rubies (Reference 7118/1452G-001) and another with diamonds and emeralds (Reference 7118/1453G-001).
