Following on from the success of the original Polo Bear timepieces released in 2018 in celebration of Ralph Lauren’s 50th anniversary, the brand is now unveiling new Polo Bear models.
These new models are based on the storied history of three iconic bears, each representing a different facet of the designer’s own signature style, from Bedford Bear’s equestrian jodhpurs-and-tweed look to Denim Flag Bear’s denim-on-denim and Tuxedo Bear’s Tux jacket-and-jeans look.
All the timepieces are fitted with the RL200 automatic movement which features a 38-hour power reserve.
The very first Ralph Lauren toy bears debuted in 1991 and were made in a 200 limited-edition by the famed German toy manufacturer Steiff.
The stylish bears now appear on everything from sweaters to neckties, home furnishings and, of course, watches.
The timepieces are housed in a 42mm stainless steel case and come with an off-white lacquered dial with printed black Arabic numerals and a 3D printed picture of a bear.
Additional silk strap.
