If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the Delbana products purchased on The Watch Pages within thirty (30) days following the purchase order date. Simply email us your order number and the reason for the return, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note you will have to arrange and pay the postage cost. We recommend using a fully tracked service, as you are responsible for your package until it reaches us.
Please note that Delbana products must be in original, unused condition with all tags, stickers, accessories, and documentation intact, including the original Delbana and delivery package. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered. Please note that only the value of the goods will be refunded and that we cannot refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees.
