Klokers Returns Policy

Klokers is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with its products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a return option within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Product Condition: The returned Klokers products must be in their original state, new, unused, and in perfect condition. All protection tags and stickers should be intact, and the item should be returned with the original Klokers box, packaging, all accessories, and documentation.

Product Integrity: Klokers cannot accept returns for products that show any signs of wear, have been used, or have been altered from their original condition in any way.

Refund Exclusions: Please be aware that Klokers are unable to refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees that may have been incurred by your card provider.

Shipping and Handling: The responsibility for arranging and covering the cost of return postage rests with you. We strongly advise using a fully tracked service for the return, as the responsibility for the package remains with you until it reaches our facility.
