The returned Klokers products must be original, new, unused, and in perfect condition. All protection tags and stickers should be intact, and the item should be returned with the original Klokers box, packaging, all accessories, and documentation. Klokers cannot accept returns for products that show any signs of wear, have been used, or have been altered from their original condition in any way. Please be aware that Klokers cannot refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees that your card provider may have incurred. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We recommend using a fully tracked service.
