URWERK has created a 3D creation that pushes the limits of perceptibility, with attention to the smallest details. Baumgartner’s innovative use of the wandering hours’ principle is an extrapolation from a 17th-century clock. However, he has transformed and transmuted it with such creativity in space, volume, and time that no one could have imagined.
