The Swiss watch brand Certina introduces its latest timepiece, the DS SUPER PH1000M, inspired by a 1970 model known for its performance both on land and underwater. The new model comes in two variants: a limited edition with an orange dial and an unlimited black version. Both are powered by an advanced automatic calibre with an 80-hour power reserve and NivachronTM balance spring.
The design of the DS SUPER PH1000M showcases its historical significance with features like a fluted unidirectional bezel. The 43.5 mm x 42 mm stainless steel case has a helium outlet valve and a rotating bezel, providing visual depth. Super-LumiNova® coated indices and hands ensure visibility in the dark. The orange dial version is limited to 1000 pieces, while the black variant is standard. Strap options include black rubber or #tide ocean material® textile.
The DS SUPER PH1000M boasts water resistance up to 1000 meters and features automatic winding and resistance to magnetic fields. Available from November 2023, it comes in premium packaging from CERTINA retailers.
