Limited edition of 1892 pieces
Hamilton and Schott NYC work together on a new limited edition collection, featuring leather chosen by the American leather company.
Schott NYC is best known for its leather jacket the Perfecto®, but it was during World War II that the company rose to fame as a producer of leather jackets for American pilots. At the same time, Hamilton was also supplying the U.S. Air Force with timepieces, which makes this partnership even more special.
The timepiece comes in a 46mm stainless steel case with a khaki green dial with contrasting light green SuperLumiNova® hands and numerals. Excellent luminescence was essential for pilots so they could read the time in the dark.
The timepieces are powered by the H-30 automatic movement with day and date indications and an 80-hour power reserve.
Schott NYC has selected each piece of top-grain, full aniline, lightweight steer hide leather for each watch and has made an exclusive leather watch travel case to go with each timepiece.
The Hamilton Khaki Pilot Schott NYC is limited to 1,892 pieces.
