The Louis Moinet ASTRONEF TECHNO is a watchmaking innovation that combines state-of-the-art mechanics with high-end materials to create a unique masterpiece. The watch features a double satellite tourbillon, with each tourbillon in its own rotating cage at different speeds, aligning perfectly every three minutes and twenty seconds for precision. The tourbillons are exceptionally lightweight and are complemented by a counterweight that enhances the watch’s precision through a central differential.
The ASTRONERF TECHNO is powered by the manual movement LM 105, with ceramic ball bearings and two barrel springs, providing a 48-hour power reserve. It took three years to develop this intricate mechanism. The crown has been redesigned for efficiency, with a selector integrated into the case back for time-setting and winding without pulling.
Visually, the ASTRONEF TECHNO is striking, with its double satellite tourbillon moving over a silicon wafer dial with engraved microelectronic circuits, creating dynamic light reflections. The case is an innovative construction of sapphire and grade-5 titanium with openworked lugs for a lightweight, avant-garde appearance.
