Moritz Grossmann celebrates its 15th anniversary with the release of the BACKPAGE Green, a limited edition watch collection that embodies the legacy and craftsmanship of the Glashütte-based manufactory. This special edition, available in rose gold or platinum, is limited to 25 pieces in each variant. The BACKPAGE Green is distinguished by its innovative design, which reveals the intricacies of its mechanical movement through large dial cutouts. These cutouts showcase the calibre 107.0’s key elements, such as the Grossmann balance and a hand-engraved balance cock, traditionally hidden at the back of the watch.

The movement’s mirrored construction presents a unique aesthetic, with the seconds hand mounted in a gold chaton, adding prominence to its display. The watch also features an in-house developed winder with pusher and stop seconds, visible on the back side. The green elements on the dial create a striking contrast against the gold-plated gear wheels, gold chatons, and polished screw heads, highlighting the watch’s sophisticated finish. The handcrafted hands, annealed in a brown-violet hue, add to the watch’s elegance. The BACKPAGE Green is a testament to Moritz Grossmann’s commitment to combining traditional Glashütte watchmaking art with contemporary design and exceptional finishing, marking a significant milestone in the manufactory’s history.
