The Darkmoon collection by U-BOAT has introduced a new model, the Unico. Designed by Italo Fontana, the 44mm Unico watch reflects a blend of past and future elements. Each watch is distinct due to a special manual treatment involving various acids to create an oxidized, antiqued effect on the bronze PVD steel case and dial. The watch features a high-quality anti-reflective domed sapphire glass and an oil-immersed case with a compensating bubble.
The Darkmoon 44 Unico also has a quick battery replacement system (Locking Ring System) for its Swiss movement Ronda 712.3, accessible via a QR code for a unique digital experience. It is waterproof up to 50 meters and comes with a cognac-colored, aged leather strap handcrafted in Tuscany.
