Limited edition of 25 pieces
You can’t get any Swisser than this Graham Chronofighter Grand Vintage Ltd – Swiss Edition.
You can always trust Graham watches to bring a smile to your face and this time is no different. I was born in Sweden but I have lived in Switzerland for over 30 years and I probably feel more Swiss now than Swedish. This watch makes me want to grab my skis and race up the mountain to the nearest ski resort, followed by an apres-ski drink on a sofa that matches my watch strap. All whilst comparing the cows outside my chalet to the cows on my dial.
The Graham Chronofighter Grand Vintage Ltd – Swiss Edition is limited to 125 pieces. The 47mm steel case is not for the faint-hearted but fits comfortably on the wrist – well, unless you have a small wrist… The chronograph start/stop trigger is on the left-hand side, a system patented by Graham and a recognizable feature in most Graham watches.
The dial is made of cow’s horns and shows the traditional Swiss Poya paper-cutting art representing the cow herd taken up to the mountain pastures for the summer. The cows in Switzerland spend the summer months in the mountains and come down the last weekend of September to winter in the plains. The strap is in brown and white cowhide leather. The Chronofighter Grand Vintage is powered by the G1747 automatic movement which is visible through the see-through sapphire crystal case back.
The dial is made of cow horn.
The dial shows the Swiss Poya paper-cutting art.
