2019 marks the third year in a row that Oris is supporting the global men’s mental health charity Movember by releasing a special edition watch.
Too many men are dying too young, whether it is from prostate cancer, testicular cancer or suicide. Movember was founded in 2003 to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25% by 2030. The organization is currently supporting over 1,250 projects worldwide that address these issues. Oris is one of the charity’s supporting partners. Movember is a mix of “mustache” and “November” and yes, Movember does take place in November when Mo Bros and Mo Sistas across the world Grow a Mo, Move for November or Host a Mo-ment to raise money for men’s health.
Aaron Boone, manager of the world’s most famous baseball team, The New York Yankees, knows better than most how important a sense of team and community can be to success. Joining forces against men’s health issues is key to reducing premature deaths. Aaron Boone worked with Oris on a marketing and promotional campaign to further spread the word
